The Profiteroles kit contains:
1 pot of 4kg of white Profiteroles marbling.
1 pot of 4kg of black Profiteroles marbling.

White or dark chocolate?
To avoid the embarrassment of choice and try something unique, we put both.
A white chocolate ganache and a dark chocolate ganache, with small puffs, they combine to create a pyramid of delicacies.
For a good ice cream, we recommend using them on the new whipped cream paste.
