Fruit Perfect Base
Characteristics: Fruit base with an excellent quality/price ratio. Without animal fat, milk or milk derivatives, this product is perfectly suited to making fruit ice creams and sorbets. Recommended recipe using paste only: 2.5 liters of water (or half water and half milk) 150 grams of "Parfaite" base, 250 grams of concentrated fruit paste, 825 grams of sugar, 50 grams of dextrose. Recommended recipe with the use of pasta and fruit: 2 liters of water, (or half water and half milk), 150 grams of "Parfaite" base, 50 grams of concentrated fruit paste, 1 kilo of fresh fruit or UHT puree , 1 kilo of sugar, 150 grams of dextrose. Use: Hot and cold.
