The direct expansion cooling of the cylinder is connected to the most advanced electronic systems for consistency control and is powered through a peristaltic pump (with 4 rollers) placed in the refrigerated chamber. The increase in volume is constant and allows a high extraction rate , providing a high quality product structure . The ice creams are produced by means of a mixer of modern design , already tested and approved all over the world .

The remote service system can be activated on demand , allowing you to monitor sales volumes and prevent any inconvenience .
